Have a different question? Text (616) 541‑5158 or email anytime.

How do remote and in-person appointments work?

Allegiant is designed to work remotely through online forms, document uploads, text, email and scheduled phone calls. Text and email are welcome anytime. Phone appointments are generally available after 3:30 PM on weekdays. In-person meetings are limited and must be arranged in advance.

Can you help if my bookkeeping is already behind?

Use the bookkeeping inquiry to explain how far behind the records are and what information is available. Allegiant will review the situation before confirming the scope and pricing.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the tax, review, notice, bookkeeping, payroll or planning request. Allegiant confirms pricing and required information before work begins.

What if I am unsure which form to use?

Use the general service request form. Explain what you need, and Allegiant will point you toward the correct next step.
