Can you help if my books are already behind?
Yes. Use the bookkeeping request to explain how far behind the records are and what information is available. Allegiant will review the condition of the books before confirming the cleanup scope and price.
Do I need to be located in Muskegon?
No. Allegiant is based in North Muskegon and serves clients throughout West Michigan, but the bookkeeping process is remote-first and available to small businesses nationwide.
What determines the monthly price?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Final pricing depends on transaction volume, the number of accounts, current software and records, reporting needs, cleanup required, and overall complexity. Pricing is confirmed before work begins.
What reports are included?
Profit and Loss reports and Balance Sheets may be included in ongoing monthly support. The exact reporting and review process is listed in the agreed scope so you know what to expect.
Can Allegiant handle payroll too?
Yes. Payroll support starts at $149 per month, and combined bookkeeping and payroll through Business Essentials starts at $329 per month with a $349 onboarding fee and three-month initial commitment.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. The process is designed to work remotely through secure setup, forms, text, email, and scheduled calls. In-person meetings are limited and arranged in advance when needed.
